2. 21.9.2010 After some argument learned counsel

for the petitioners seeks permission to

withdraw these applications in terms of the

order of this Court dated 26.2.2007 in a

similar case of Ravi Shankar vs. the State

of Bihar & ors., C.W.J.C. No. 5278/2004 and

its analogous cases, reported in 2007

(Suppl.) PLJR 337.

All these writ applications are,

accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with

the aforementioned liberty.
