Learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for further
interim relief (C.M.Application No. 35012 of 2010) on 31.3.2010, praying
therein that opposite parties may be directed to supply the copy of the
autopsy report of deceased Asma Bano and details of enquiry report
conducted by the police authorities of Jeddah.

Learned Counsel for the Union of India submits that requisite letter has
been sent for obtaining Autopsy report from Jeddah and the matter is in
process. He prays that two months time may be granted so that
necessary autopsy report may be called from the authorities of Jeddah.

Time is allowed, as prayed.

List the matter in the month of November, 2010.
