The petitioner is the purchaser of 16 cents of land and a
building in R.Sy.No.52/6 of Nattika Village. The true copy of the
sale deed is produced as Ext.P1. Thereafter the petitioner
approached the third respondent for effecting mutation. It is
the case of the petitioner that the third respondent is not
prepared to act upon the application without any justification.
2. The learned Government Pleader on instructions
submitted that the averment that an application was submitted is
not correct and if a proper application is filed along with
documents, the same will be considered for effecting mutation.
3. Therefore, if the petitioner approaches the third
respondent with an appropriate application along with other
documents, the same will be accepted by the third respondent
and appropriate action will be taken in the matter within a
period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
