2 12/10/2010 Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that

he has filed an intervention application in a proceeding

under Section 4 G of the Bihar Land Reforms Act with

respect to mouza Sapta, Khata No. 213, Plot No. 3083,

measuring 2 bighas 1 katha and 09 dhurs.

The concerned authority i.e. the Land Reforms

Deputy Collector, Madhubani should consider the

intervention application as well as the show cause and if

it is found that the petitioner has prima facie claim to the

lands in question, he should be heard by the Land

Reforms Deputy Collector before any final order is passed

under Section 4 G of the Bihar Land Reforms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that

the matter is pending since 2008. The Land Reforms

Deputy Collector should expedite the case at the earliest.

This application is accordingly disposed of with

the aforesaid observations and directions.
