                           J U D G M E N T

On 27.9.2010 the learned Government Pleader submitted that

the vehicle had been released as directed in Annexure A order. On that

day, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to verify. When

the matter came up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that he is yet to receive instructions from the party and this

contempt case may be closed recording the submission of the learned

Government Pleader. Accordingly, this contempt case is closed

recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader that the

vehicle has been released to the petitioner as directed in Annexure A

order.
