K.M.JOSEPH,J
The petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by the
interference of the 2nd respondent police officer in the civil
dispute between the petitioner and the father of the 3rd
respondent. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions,
submits that the petitioner was a Work Supervisor of the 3rd
respondent. Alleging criminal breach of trust and
misappropriation, a complaint is filed against the petitioner.
Police summoned the parties. Crime has not been registered.
The learned Government Pleader submits that police will not
interfere in the matter.
2. The writ petition is closed.
