Ms.

Joshi has submitted that the paper books has been supplied and the
matter is ready for hearing. The accident had occurred in the year
1998, and this matter was in fact earlier fixed for final disposal.
In view of these peculiar facts pleaded, this Court is inclined to
allow this application.

Registry
is directed to notify First Appeal No. 915 of 2007 for final hearing
in the week commencing from 18/10/2010.

Civil
application is disposed of accordingly.
