This is correction application no.199662 of 2010.

After perusing the record the learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to
correct the memo of application by adding section 149 I.P.C. with sections
332,333 and 307 I.P.C. The order dated 8.7.2010 is hereby corrected by
mentioning 332/149,333/149 and 307/149 in the third line of the third
paragraph of the order.

Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
