2. 25.8.2011 It has been submitted that even now the petitioner is

ready to settle the dispute with the opposite party no.2.

Issue notice to the opposite party no.2, for which

requisites etc. under registered cover with A/D as well as

ordinary process must be filed within 10 days, failing which

this application shall stand rejected without further reference

to a Bench.

Rule returnable three months.

In the mean while, no coercive steps shall be taken

against the petitioner in Complaint case No.2690 of 2009

pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate,

East, Muzaffarpur.
