                           J U D G M E N T

Prayer sought is for consideration of Ext.P2, an

application made by the petitioner for mutation of his property

and for acceptance of land tax.

2. If as stated by the petitioner, such an application is

made and is pending, it is directed that the same shall be

dealt with in accordance with the Transfer of Registry Rules.

Orders shall be passed as expeditious as possible and at any

rate within eight weeks from the date of production of a copy

of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
