02/ 21.11.2011 Sri Ram Prasad Singh, Advocate informs this court that

conducting lawyer of this petition has died on 18.11.2011 and he

submits that this court may take appropriate decision in respect of

this petition.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.3.2011 in a case

registered under various sections of the Arms Act on the charge that

one country made loaded katta was recovered from his conscious

possession.

Accordingly, petitioner, Abhimanu Kumar, is directed to

be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in Nawadah Town P.S. Case no.

117/2011.
