04 02.09.2011 A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the

District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in which a list of about 22

criminal cases has been given in which petitioner is implicated.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would to

respond to this said affidavit as also state whether he is in custody

in any of the criminal cases pursuant to order of judicial remand.
