Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA on
the application for extension of time and perused the record.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicants
are granted 10 days time from today to appear and seek bail in the light
of the order dated 12.5.2010 passed by this Court in the aforesaid case.
Till expiry of the aforesaid period of 10 days, the interim order already
passed will remain operative.

The application no.70563/2010 is disposed of accordingly.
