By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus
commanding the trial Court to decide injunction application (6-C).

In the writ petition copy of the order sheet has not been brought on the record
so that this Court may examine as to why the application is not being
considered. The petitioner having already filed the application, it is open for
him to press the application for interim relief before the trial Court.

With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
