Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shailendra Kumar Singh for
the respondent Bank.

It is stated that the Loan Waiver Scheme, 2008 is to expire on 30.06.2010.
The petitioner therefore seeks disposal of his application made under the said
scheme.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, the writ petition is disposed of
with a direction to Branch Manager (respondent no. 3) to take appropriate
decision on the application of the petitioner on or before 30.06.2010 provided
a certified copy of this order is filed before him by Monday i.e. 27.06.2010.
