Learned
APP points out that the petitioner is facing as many as 25
different criminal cases and as and when it is required, he is being
produced before the Court. However, on some rare occasion, on
account of want of police party, he might not have been produced.
He, however, assures that such instance would be rare and only on
unavoidable grounds.

In
view of the above, the petition is dismissed. The petitioner be
informed accordingly.
