Defect with regard to certified copy is ignored for the
present.
Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh seal and
endorsement on the Vakalatnama, within one week.
As prayed, Mr. Das is permitted to implead Asset
Reconstruction Company India Ltd., as respondent no. 6, in course of
the day.
Mr. Ananda Sen accepts notice on behalf of newly added
respondent.
Parties will serve their respective pleadings on him, in
course of the day.
Counter affidavit on behalf of newly respondent nos. 5
and 6 must be filed within two weeks.

No order need be passed in impleadment petition filed on
behalf of B.M.W. Industries Limited as it has already filed an
independent writ petition being WPC No. 1249 of 2011, which also
along with other cases are being heard together.

Put up this case on 21st April, 2011 under the heading

Till the next date, interim order dated 10.3.2011 shall
