matter on 05.08.2010, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner

and the matter was adjourned as a last chance.

Today also when the case is called out, learned counsel for

the respondents appears, but no one appears on behalf of the

petitioner to press this petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
