Appearance has been put in on behalf of opposite party no. 3. She has also
produced both the alleged detenues, namely Ahmad Arsalan and Ahmad
Arib. But the next friend (i.e. former husband) is not present.

Learned counsel for opposite party no. 3 says that he has not received any
copy of the petition. Let the same be provided to enable him to file counter
affidavit within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a
week thereafter.

List after expiry of the aforesaid period.

The detenues are not required to be produced further in the Court unless so
directed.
