appellant-Corporation and Shri Jayraj P. Chauhan, learned counsel
appearing for the respondent.

is submitted by Shri M.G. Nagarkar that the appellant does not press
the present First Appeal as the assessment in question is below
Rs.10,000/-. In petty matters, the appellant-Corporation does not
prefer any appeal and therefore, this appeal may be disposed of as
not pressed.
