has been filed on behalf of the State, although time was granted.

Brief holder Sri Ran Vijay Singh on behalf of the learned counsel for the
applicant-petitioner Sri Dhirendra Singh prayed for time to argue in the
matter. There is an interim order in favour of the applicant-petitioner.

List in next week for hearing. Interim order shall remain in force by the next
date only. If on any ground adjournment is sought on behalf of the applicant-
petitioner, he will not be entitled to get extended the stay order for further
period.
