       This is in continuation of this Commission's proceedings dated
11.2.2010. As scheduled, the matter is called for hearing today dated
12.3.2010. Appellant present. DDA is represented by Shri K.C. Surender,
Dy Director (CE). Shri Surender submits that a show-cause notice has
been served on the opposite party in the intervening period. He assures the
Commission that final decision will be taken in 06 weeks time.

2.     In view of the above, Shri Surender is hereby directed to intimate
the final decision taken by him to the appellant in due course.

3.    The matter is closed.
