Considering the claim made by the petitioners

in paragraph 4 of the contempt application that they were

in the panel list of 1999-2000 and the statement in

paragraph 6 of the show cause filed on behalf of

Collector, Gaya, we are of the view that no case for

contempt is made out. This contempt application is,

therefore, finally disposed of with liberty to the

petitioners that if they are aggrieved because of

exclusion of their names from the panel of 2005 and on

that account they were not being selected for

appointment, they may pursue their remedy through

appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
