This writ petition has been filed on the following prayer :-
(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding
the Additional Civil Judge (S.D.) / Judge Small Causes Court, J.P.Nagar, to
decide the JSCC Suit No.3 of 2007, Ajay Kumar Maheshwari Vs. Rajendra
Pal Singh, within three months or within such time which this Hon’ble Court
may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
(ii) Issue a suitable writ or direction or pass an appropriate order which this
Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case it is provided
that the petitioner’s S.C.C. Suit No.3 of 2007, Ajay Kumar
Maheshwari Vs. Rajendra Pal Singh pending in the court of Addl.
Civil Judge (S.D.) / Judge, Small Causes Court, J.P.Nagar be
decided expeditiously without giving any unnecessary
adjournment to the learned counsel for the parties, if possible
within a period of six months.
Subject to above observation, writ petition is disposed of.
