filed within two weeks, failing which this

application shall stand rejected as against

concerned opposite party, without further

reference to a Bench.

In the meantime, no coercive step shall

be taken against the petitioner in connection

with Complaint Case No. 1431© of 2009 pending in

the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
