Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the question involved in this
petition is identical to the aforesaid writ petition, in which an interim order of
stay has been passed.
Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the aforesaid position.
We, therefore, provide that the benefit of the interim order passed in the
aforesaid writ petition shall be made available to the present petitioners also.
Office while issuing certified copy of this order shall also issue a copy of the
interim order passed in Writ Petition No. 10732 (MB) of 2009.
