02. 01.08.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel

for the State.

Petitioner has been found in possession of hundred (100)

liters blue kerosene oil which only is beyond storage limit and

remained in custody since 23.5.2011, taking his custody into

consideration petitioner is allowed bail.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released

on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection

with Bihta P. S. Case No.147 of 2011.
