It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that
the record of this case has burnt and on account that the trial
is not proceeding and the applicant is languishing in bail
since 14.8.2007.
Learned District Judge shall submit report regarding the
efforts for reconstruction of the record of S.T. No.34 of 2009,
pending before Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast
Track Court No.1, Chandauli which is alleged to be burnt
within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
List this case in the week commencing 8th of March, 2010
before appropriate Bench.
The Office is directed to send copy of this order within a
week from today to the District and Sessions Judge,
Chandauli for intimation and necessary compliance.
