       Vide order dated 14th Sep, 2009 the Commission had directed the
CPIO to provide complete information in regard of paras 1, 2 & 3 of the
RTI Commission. The appellant Shri Ajit Kumar Singh, however, filed a
non-compliance complaint in this connection. Hence, the matter was heard
on 20.11.2009. Appellant present. The public authority is represented by
Shri L.K.S. Dahiya, Addl. Dir. (Vig) & Shri R.S.Negi, Deputy Dir. (Vig).
The appellant would submit that the documents have belatedly been
supplied but copy of certain note sheets has not yet been supplied to him.
On the other hand, Shri Dahiya would submit that full and complete
compliance has been made.

2.     Be that as it may, Shri Dahiya is desired to call the appellant for
discussion to sort out the issue. He may also permit the appellant to carry
out inspection of the note sheets and take extracts therefrom in regard to
paras 1, 2 & 3.

3.    The order of the Commission may be complied with in 7 working days.

      Authenticated true copy. Additional copies of orders shall be
