                           J U D G M E N T

In the matter of professional tax, the petitioner has

submitted Ext.P7 representation before the second respondent.

There will be a direction to the second respondent to take

appropriate action on Ext.P7 with notice to the petitioner within a

period of six months. The interim order passed by this court will

continue till such time.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
