This is correction application No. 220025 of 2010.
After perusing the record, the counsel for the appellants is permitted to
correct the case No. by mentioning 1124 of 2009 in place of 1124 of
2007. The order dated 29.3.2010 is hereby corrected by mentioning
Case No. 1124 of 2009 in place of 1124 of 2007 and by mentioning
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vth in place of Chief Judicial
Magistrate Vth in the 3rd line of 6th paragraph of the order.
Accordingly, this correction application is allowed.
