09. 20.09.2011. It appears that on 09.09.2011, it was

specifically directed that notice in limitation matter

may be issued. However, in the 3 rd line, it is

mentioned as the appellant shall take steps for

appeal notice in limitation matter instead of

appellant shall take steps for notice in limitation

matter. In other words, the word “appeal” is

wrongly typed in between word “for & notice in

limitation”. Therefore, the word “appeal” is deleted

and accordingly, the order stands modified.
