J U D G M E N T
Petitioner is a B.Tech Mechanical Engineering student of Govt.
College of Engineering, Kannur. He applied for revaluation of
answer papers of 3 subjects of the 3rd semester examination by
submitting Ext.P2 application. Delay in completion of the
revaluation is what is complained of in this writ petition.
2. Having regard to the pendency of Ext.P2 application, it is
directed that the revaluation of answer papers sought for by the
petitioner shall be expedited and completed as expeditiously as
possible, at any rate, within six weeks of production of a copy of
this judgment, provided, the application has been received and is
otherwise in order.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along
with a copy of this writ petition before the respondent University for
compliance.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
