2/ 30.09.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the

offence under sections 302 and other allied sections of the Indian

Penal Code.

Considering that the deceased was done to death since

he refused to give Rangdari to the accused persons, I am not

inclined to grant bail to petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial in view of

the serious nature of the offence.
