4. 25.06.2010 Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and

the learned counsel for the State.

The defence of the petitioner in a Police case under

Sections 147,148,149,363,365,353,379,427of the Penal Code

and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act is of failed

marriage negotiation when both the boy and the girl were

disabled.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on

furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM

Jehanabad in Jehanabad PS Case No. 503 of 2009.
