command assigning duty to the petitioners and with

reference to those command the averment made by the

District Magistrate, East Champaran, at Motihari in his

show-cause reply has been disputed. Time until

26.10.2010 is allowed to the District Magistrate, East

Champaran to file further reply if any to the reply

affidavit filed by the petitioner.
