Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It is contended by learned counsel for
the petitioner that all similarly situated
candidates were given registration certificate by
the Rajasthan Pharmacy Council, Jaipur but without
assigning any reason, petitioner has been denied
registration certificate, therefore, the action of
respondents is totally discriminatory and in
violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of
India.
This writ petition is disposed of with
the direction to the petitioner that he will file
a fresh representation for seeking remedy as
prayed in this writ petition. Upon filing such

representation, the same shall be decided by the
Rajasthan Pharmacy Council, Jaipur within a period
of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified
copy of this order.
