Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and

learned counsel appearing for the State.

The petitioners are accused in Barwadih P.S Case no.47 of

2010 registered under Sections 147/48/149/353/307/302/121 of the Indian

Penal Code, under Section 3/ 4 of the Explosive Substance Act, under

Section 13 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act and under Section 17

of the Criminal Law Amendment Act .

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that

at the moment the petitioners have not pressing the bail on its merit,

rather the prayer for provisional bail is being made on behalf of the

petitioner no.1 for the reason that the daughter of the petitioner no.1 is to

be married on 1.6.2011 in proof of which marriage card has been annexed

with the interlocutory application.

In view of the statement made on behalf of the petitioners,

the petitioner no.1 is directed to be enlarged on bail provisionally till

6.6.2011 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)

with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Latehar in Barwadih P.S case no.47 of 2010 (G.R.No.384

of 2010).

The petitioner no.1 must surrender before the court below

on 7.6.2011.

Let this matter be listed on 9.6.2011 under the heading for

orders for filing surrender certificate.
