                             JUDGMENT

Petitioner approached this court challenging Ext.P1 circular.

There is also a prayer for a direction to the respondents to

continue the practice of giving guarantor undertaking in the loan

application submitted by the employees under the Central Service

Co-operative Society, which is a policy matter. It is for the

petitioner to approach the second respondent/first respondent in

which case the matter will be duly examined by the said

authority.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
