Principal, District Institute of Education & Training has rejected the
candidature of the petitioner on the ground that the degree of Madhyama
obtained by the petitioner from Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Prayag, Allahabad
is not equivalent to the Intermediate Examination conducted by Madhyamik
Shiksha Parishad and therefore, he does not satisfied the essential requirement
for being admitted in B.T.C. Course, 2009.

The writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
