Heard Ms. Savita Jain learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
Standing Counsel for the opposite parties.
This is a transfer matter where on 27.4.2010 the petitioner has been
transferred from village Ratnapur to village Dasapur. On 23.6.2010 the
petitioner has again been transferred from Dasapur to village Santraha.
The second transfer order was later on cancelled and the petitioner was
asked to remain back at village Dasapur. Tactically the petitioner has
only been transferred only once. Moreover, it is a transfer from one
village to another.
The petitioner does not have any cause of action or grievance. Such
frivolous petitions should not be entertained by this court.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
