Writ
petition being SCA No.8694 of 2002 is disposed of by an order dated
19/11/2010. Applicant now wants that directions be issued to
respondent to release the vehicle. It appears that even after the
order was passed in SCA respondents have raised certain issues. Same
cannot be gone into in this Misc. Civil Application. The order
requires no clarification. Applicant may take his remedies in
accordance with law.
