The petitioner is aggrieved by the proposed action by the 1st

respondent-University based on a report of the Finance Department of

the Government wherein it has been found that the petitioner was

over-aged at the time of submitting application. The petitioner

submits that she was appointed after granting relaxation in age to the

extent of her daily wage service for which she is eligible in

accordance with the decision of the Syndicate as is evident from the

notification inviting applications.

2. I have heard the learned standing counsel for the University

also.

3. I am of opinion that these are matters which the petitioner

should raise at the time of further proceedings pursuant to the report

of the Finance Department. I am sure that the University would not

take any decision without complying with the principles of natural

justice. Therefore, making it clear that the petitioner shall also be

heard before taking any decision against her, this writ petition is

closed.
