None is present on behalf of the petitioners while learned counsel for the
complainant is present and the report of Mediation & Conciliation Centre has
been received. The parties have settled their dispute before the Mediation &
Conciliation Centre, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow. The Investigating Officer
has already submitted the charge sheet, therefore, the petition has become
infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
However, it will be open for the petitioners to appear before the court below
and move any application for bail their bail application will be disposed of by
the court below positively on the same day keeping in view the parties have
settled their dispute before the Mediation & Conciliation Centre, High Court,
Lucknow Bench, Lucknow.
