In so far as connected writ petition no. 4909 of 2010 is concerned, it is
directed that the State may file counter affidavit within two weeks.

The matter shall be listed immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period. To
be precise, the office shall list this case in the 3rd week of August 2010 for
compliance of order and on 20th Sept 2010 for hearing.
