130 of 2010 be read in place of Kanti P.S. Case No. 130 of

2009 .

The case diary of Kanti P.S. Case No. 130 of 2009 be

returned to the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate,

(West), Muzaffarpur/concerned court and list the matter before

an appropriate bench after receipt of the case diary of Kanti

P.S. Case No. 130 of 2010.
