04 02.09.2011 This matter has been running on the Board since 24 th

August, 2011. However, no-one appeared on behalf of the

petitioners when the matter was called on 29.08.2011 and

30.08.2011. The same situation prevails today as none appears on

behalf of the petitioners and the matter therefore, appears to have

become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-

prosecution.
