Mr.S.P.

Majmudar, learned advocate for Mr.P.P. Majmudar, learned advocate
for the applicant, stated at the Bar that earlier the applicant
along with co-accused, had filed Criminal Miscellaneous Application
No.4210 of 2010 for enlarging him on Bail, but the said application
was withdrawn by the applicant; however, the co-acused has been
released on bail by this Court (Coram: H.B. Antani, J), vide order
dated 06th May 2010. Therefore, this matter may be placed
before that Court.

In
view of aforesaid, office is directed to place the present
application before appropriate Court.
