in presence of Sri Vinay Kirti Singh, learned counsel appearing on

behalf of Respondent/Bihar State Electricity Board submits that

during the pendency of the present writ petition, the grievances of

the petitioner have already been redressed.

In view of the stand taken by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, there is no need to keep the matter further pending.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
