Learned
Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Rindani places on record the
calculation of admissibility of the amount/ pensionary benefits. He
has also handed over the original papers to the petitioner.

The
Director of Treasury and Accounts is present in the Court. The Court
puts note of appreciation on record about the promptness with which,
he has assisted to the petitioner to get her legitimate dues.

The
petitioner to approach the Treasury Office tomorrow. The matter is
kept on 30th September 2010.
